Welcome to our site.

Here you can read about retreats we teach and mentoring we offer, as well as our thoughts on meditation, mindfulness, and semi-Buddhist stuff.

A bit about us: we like to meditate. Have been meditating with some of the greats for more than a couple decades each. We've lived in monasteries, spent years in meditation retreats, and now teach meditation all over the place.

Oh, and we wrote a book. It’s called How Not to Be a Hot Mess: A Survival Guide for Modern Life. Preorder it on IndieBound, Barnes & Noble, or Amazon. Book launch April 21st.

All good things,
Devon & Craig Hase
